Policies
Workforce policies are generally posted with at least a 30-day public review and comment period before becoming effective. Policies are considered draft if they are labeled Review Copy or they have a Review Date listed in the header. Policies with a review date should be considered draft even if the review date has passed - the review period could be taking longer than expected. Once a policy is finalized it will be re-posted as an Original with an Effective Date.
After a policy is finalized, subsequent public comments will be considered for future revisions.
