Dislocated Worker and TAA Updates

The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Final Rule was published in the Federal Register on August 21, 2020, and became effective on September 21, 2020. One of the significant components of this Final Rule is the requirement for all eligible participants to be co-enrolled between the TAA and WIOA title I Dislocated Worker programs, unless the individual refuses to pursue Dislocated Worker program participation.
