On July 22, 2014, President Obama signed into law the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA), which amends the The Rehabilitation Act of 1973.


Two Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRMs) affecting these amendments are available on the Federal Register for public comment until June 15, 2015. Members of the public may submit comments directly at www.regulations.gov.
